Swartz Maternity Shoot

Since the New year I have been trying to get this shoot posted for you, but blogger has been giving me a hard time uploading my images. With a little time this morning I have been playing around with blogger and have finally gotten these images posted.

I met up with the Swartz family at Cutler Gardens in August, it actually was the weekend of the Spiedie Fest and we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get into the gardens. We met early and were able to get in with no problem and when we were leaving they were just starting to block of the entrance to the parking lot. I was glad that we got lucky and were able to shoot here because I am in LOVE with these great shots that we captured.

The flowers were in full bloom and created a great backdrop for this shoot. Hailey was in a good mood and cooperated to get the images that I was hoping for!

Now that baby Brooklyn is here and is 6 months now I bring you Swartz Maternity Shoot!

I love these two images! When I saw this large area of purple flowers in the middle of the path I knew this is what I wanted. So down Stacey sat and out came the bare baby belly, I couldn't wait to get home to edit this image so that all you seen in color was the purple flowers.
Just past the purple flowers we found this little "wooded" path I sent Rick and Hailey off so that I just had Stacey on the path and just as I got her posed and put the camera up to shoot the scene Hailey appeared in the background and I thought that it was perfect. So of course I made sure I snapped a few that you could see her back there and a few after she moved. But, I liked the ones where you could see Hailey behind Stacey!

I think that this spot with the large rock in front of the ferns was great too. It was almost like the people who created the garden placed this rock here for the purpose of it being used for photos. I love the backdrop it created, almost like you are in a whole another place.
LOVE the photo of Stacey and Hailey! We tried to get the same thing with her and Rick but we just could not recreate something that she did naturally!

Congratulations Swartz family on your sweet new addition.
For those that follow the blog stay tuned because soon you will get to see Brooklyn's first photo shoot!

Jenn!

Here is the last post of my Three Italian Beauties! The leader of the pack Jenn!
This shoot was as much about Jenn as it was having a family shoot of the three of them.
We had been trying to find a date to get out and take these photos for sometime. We finally stopped talking about it and went out and took them.

Being a single mom she does not get much time to do things just for her. It was near Mother's Day so I wanted to make sure to get some nice ones of just her too. Here are a few of my favorites of just her!

Three Italian Beauties! part 2

With out further a du... here is part 2. After the Story Garden we headed to Cutler Gardens. It was a warm day and the girls really were not into taking any more photos. As you can tell in the first two photos. A little bit of bribery for ice cream afterwards worked and we were full of smiles for the rest of the shoot.
This is another of my favorite locations. Especially in the spring and summer. The flowers are in full bloom and the grass is very green. There are so many nooks and crannies that it offers a variety of background. You could shoot 2 families here in a short period of time and still offer different photos to each family.

The last post of this shoot will be just of Jenn, the mom of these lovely girls. We took some nice ones of her alone and being a single mom I thought that she deserved her own post. That post should be up by the end of the day!

Three Italian Beauties! part 1

I have broken this shoot into 3 parts, because there were so many that I really wanted to share with everyone. I thought that breaking it up would be best, that way there were not too many photos in one post. Part 1 are photos that we did at the Discovery Center Story Garden. I also took them to Cutler Gardens, that will be the second post of this shoot. For the third post I thought that I would post the images that I took of just Jenn (mom).

I have been waiting to shoot a family on this HUGE chair!

As I have said in the another post that I shot at the Story Garden, this is one of my favorite things there. The Lemonade stand is such a bright vivid color and the trees behind it make it a great spot!

As we were walking around deciding where to shoot we saw this sign. It was great because Taylor is her name!

I hope that you have enjoyed part one of this shoot. I will have the other three posted later today for everyone to see.
As I am behind still... I am trying to get a post done a day over this next week and a half that we have of 2012. Since today is 12/21/12 and we are still alive, but the day is not done with yet, I hope that I am able to share the rest of my 2012 shoots with everyone. (lol)
My goal is to have everything finished so that I can start 2013 out fresh and not have to share the Christmas shoots in January. It might just come down to that... I am working my fingers as fast as I can.
