Jenn!

Here is the last post of my Three Italian Beauties! The leader of the pack Jenn!
This shoot was as much about Jenn as it was having a family shoot of the three of them.
We had been trying to find a date to get out and take these photos for sometime. We finally stopped talking about it and went out and took them.

Being a single mom she does not get much time to do things just for her. It was near Mother's Day so I wanted to make sure to get some nice ones of just her too. Here are a few of my favorites of just her!

Three Italian Beauties! part 2

With out further a du... here is part 2. After the Story Garden we headed to Cutler Gardens. It was a warm day and the girls really were not into taking any more photos. As you can tell in the first two photos. A little bit of bribery for ice cream afterwards worked and we were full of smiles for the rest of the shoot.
This is another of my favorite locations. Especially in the spring and summer. The flowers are in full bloom and the grass is very green. There are so many nooks and crannies that it offers a variety of background. You could shoot 2 families here in a short period of time and still offer different photos to each family.

The last post of this shoot will be just of Jenn, the mom of these lovely girls. We took some nice ones of her alone and being a single mom I thought that she deserved her own post. That post should be up by the end of the day!

Three Italian Beauties! part 1

I have broken this shoot into 3 parts, because there were so many that I really wanted to share with everyone. I thought that breaking it up would be best, that way there were not too many photos in one post. Part 1 are photos that we did at the Discovery Center Story Garden. I also took them to Cutler Gardens, that will be the second post of this shoot. For the third post I thought that I would post the images that I took of just Jenn (mom).

I have been waiting to shoot a family on this HUGE chair!

As I have said in the another post that I shot at the Story Garden, this is one of my favorite things there. The Lemonade stand is such a bright vivid color and the trees behind it make it a great spot!

As we were walking around deciding where to shoot we saw this sign. It was great because Taylor is her name!

I hope that you have enjoyed part one of this shoot. I will have the other three posted later today for everyone to see.
As I am behind still... I am trying to get a post done a day over this next week and a half that we have of 2012. Since today is 12/21/12 and we are still alive, but the day is not done with yet, I hope that I am able to share the rest of my 2012 shoots with everyone. (lol)
My goal is to have everything finished so that I can start 2013 out fresh and not have to share the Christmas shoots in January. It might just come down to that... I am working my fingers as fast as I can.

Geneva Graduation 2012

My sister Samantha graduated from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA in May 2012. The family went down for the weekends festivities. There was a dinner the night before graduation and Samantha's friend Lacy's dad was asked to give a speech. (Photo below)

Graduation morning it was a bright sunny day and graduation was held at the football stadium.
Here is the stage where graduates went to receive their "diplomas". They didn't get the real ones that day, they came in the mail later once all the grades were in.

This is the view that you see while sitting in the stadium.
A large "G" in the mountains.

All the important people on stage,
and I could not resist taking the photo below.

They had every graduates name scroll across the scoreboard. They were listed in
alphabetical order but the graduates were announced in the order that they were sitting.

I am not sure if you can tell but they made an error in this name.
The middle name is wrong, it should be Jack.

And without further adu, here is my baby sister.

Congratulations Geneva class of 2012.
May the future be everything that you have looked forward to!

Christmas Mini Shoots- Sneak Peek

I have a few other families that I still promised a Christmas shoot to and should be doing those this Tuesday night and possible one more next weekend. But I really wanted to share with you the shoots that I have done and one I just shot today and they only got a look at a few on the camera. I really do not want to skip ahead of all the shoots that I am behind on posting however I really wanted to bring a little bit of the Holiday to everyone since the full sessions of all of these will most like not make it up until January. I had a variety of different Christmas Mini Shoots and only two were done at the same location but I also shot one of those families and a few different locations too. The shoot that I had today might just be my favorite new location. (I will disclose where I shot today when I post the full shoot so make sure you check back). I am also excited to share some new ideas that I tried out with these families.

Swartz Family

Lewis Family.

The Watkins' Family.
I love it when a family wants to be silly, it helps to show off who they really are and how different they are from other families. It also gives them something that is uniquely theirs.
