Russell Family Photo 2009

I am happy to say that I was finally able to get a family photo of us. I set it up how I wanted it and had my sister shoot it for us. While I really wanted a nice outdoor photo, this one does the job. We were able to include the animals too. When telling my daughter that we were going to do this photo with the dog, she was insistent that the rabbit was to be included too. And so she was.

I was a little nervous that Lucy, the dog (Boxer), would not cooperate with the rabbit (Mrs. Bunny) right next to her. free 8x10 However Lucy was to occupied with watching what my nephews were doing that she did not even noticed the rabbit there at all.

From my family to yours this Holiday Season, We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year!!

Holli

I have known Holli since I was a child. I had a great time visiting with her and shooting these photos for her. She was hoping to get a family shoot but was unable to coordinate it with her kids. So we shot some of just her to give out to her family for their Christmas gifts.

Thanks Holli, I had a great visit and it was fun shooting all your silly faces, oh the nice ones too! Hope that the family enjoys them as much as we did shooting them.

Christmas Shoots!

Here are photos from three Christmas shoots that I did this month. These images posted are the ones that the families chose for their Christmas cards.

The Vanderlinde family!
Connor-4

Cameron-2

The Whitney Family

With the dogs- Duke and BB!

The Saffords'
With their cat, Tanner!

Thanks to everyone for allowing me to help make your Christmas memories last! May all your friends and families enjoy then as well.

Rocky!

Meet Rocky! He is the newest addition to my sister, Becky's family. Rocky is a Boston Terrier. This was a photo taken during their shoot for the family Christmas cards. He is so cute. Love that I got him to sit and look, not always easy for a puppy. Notice how his eyes are going in opposite directions.

Amanda Christmas Shoot

I have been so lucky to get to see this little cutie grow this year. Here are some of the photos taken during the family's Christmas shoot. There are also some more in the Christmas Shoots post. I had to post some of the ones of just her too. She has come to know who I am and why I am visiting the house. She has made it a fun challenge to get a great shot of her looking and smiling. Enjoy!

Hmm.. Who is this?

Thank you Whitney family for allowing me to watch her grow through my camera! I always enjoy my shoots with you!

Swartz Maternity

Meet the Swartz's! They are expecting their first baby, which is a girl! I have known Stacey for years, as she is my sister's best friend, and was looking forward to this shoot! I had fun trying all sorts of new poses with them. You got to see a sneak peek a few weeks ago and here are some more of my favorites. The baby was due to come the day after Christmas, but she decided she wanted to be here for Christmas. I was hoping to do some at the hospital, however it did not work out. They are now home and I am looking forward to shooting them again soon.

All because two people fell in LOVE!

I love these cute little sandals. A gift from her baby shower.

With the baby due December 26th I thought that this was a really cute idea. There is one more image with the Santa hat posted below.

Gotta have this one!

This photo says it all!

And this one for last... the baby's name spelled out with Scrabble tiles! Good thing they did not change their minds on her name!

Stacey and Rick, I had a great time shooting these for you. May they bring many memories to come! Congrats on your beautiful baby girl. I am looking forward to watching her grow over her first year and helping you capture some more memories.

December News

I have a new email address just for my photography shoots. You can now email me with any questions at kgrussellphoto@yahoo.com. I just finished a weekend full of Christmas shoots. A couple, a single female and baby Amanda's family, leaves me with lots of editing to do and lots to get ready to post. I enjoyed all of my shoots and I am looking forward to getting them posted for all to see. I am still finishing up the maternity shoot so that you all can see the really cool shots that I was able to get. I have two more family shoots lined up for next weekend. I also have my sister's family to shoot with their newest family member, Rocky. I am also hoping that I have an opportunity to have my own family's photos done this year with our Boxer, Lucy. Watch for my upcoming posts- Christmas photos, Stacey's Maternity Photos, and baby Amanda's Christmas photos. As well as my female friends shoot, I can not say her name right now and her post will go up after Christmas, as her shoot was a surprise for her family.

Family of 4!

With the great weather we have been having for it being fall, I had the opportunity to shoot this family outdoors. I took them to Port Dick Park. It is a very nice place to shoot with so many photo opportunity spots. Here are a few of my favorites!

These two images were shot down by the River.

These next three of just the boys were all shot by the same tree. A very cool tree with several trunks coming from one stump.

Then we did the boys with both just mom and then just dad.

They are sitting at a table that is in the park that has a chess board on it!

Thank you, Melanie & Frank for letting me shoot your family! Hope you enjoy the photos for years to come!

Family of 3!

On one of the few Sunday mornings that we had some sunshine I had the opportunity to shoot Aiden with his mom and dad! Tracy even brought along his Bumble Bee costume to shoot some photos of him in that. He however did not last long in his costume, but I did manage to get a few good ones! These were shot at Round Top Park in Endicott! It is a great place to get wonderful outside photos. There is great foliage and an even better view of the city!

And two soon become three...

Mr. Bumble Bee!

"Ok, I have had enough of this!! Get me out!!"
